We are pleased to provide our clients with the flexibility of both in-person sessions and telehealth options. Currently, we have limited availability for in-person appointments at our conveniently located office in Southwest Denver.

Absolutely, we extend the opportunity for all our clients to benefit from a complimentary 15-minute introductory phone consultation. Additionally, certain therapists within our team may also provide the option for an initial video session as part of our client-centered approach.

Yes! Our cash-pay rates are as follows:

Intake (1-2 sessions): $225
Individual Sessions (45-55 minutes): $185
Family Sessions (45-55 minutes): $185

All cash-pay clients have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”  explaining how much your medical care will cost  

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical  items and services.  

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. 

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. 

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. 

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

While we accept Medicaid, we have chosen not to offer a sliding scale fee structure. The reason for this decision is rooted in our dedication to maintaining the sustainability and consistency of our services.

Medicaid reimbursement rates are established by the government and provide a standard fee for our services. In order to continue offering comprehensive care, including specialized services and support, we rely on these reimbursement rates to cover our operational costs, professional expertise, and the resources needed to provide the best care possible.

We understand that each client's financial circumstances are unique, and we are always open to discussing any concerns or questions about payment. If you have specific financial constraints, we encourage you to reach out to our team, and we will do our best to connect you with additional community resources or explore alternative options to support your mental health journey.

We use an online portal for scheduling initial phone calls and regular therapy sessions. It's convenient because you can access it from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. This way, you can pick a time that works best for you, and it's available 24/7, so you don't have to worry about calling during office hours.

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be in need of it. If you provide sufficient notice, there won't be any penalties for cancellations or rescheduling within that timeframe.

Your privacy is very important to us. In fact, we're required by law to keep your information confidential. This means that everything you share with your therapist during your sessions is kept private and won't be shared with anyone else unless you give us permission or there's a serious safety concern. Your trust and confidentiality are our top priorities.

An intake session is the first step in your therapy journey. During this session, you'll get to know your therapist, and they'll want to get to know you better, too. You'll have a chance to talk about why you're seeking therapy, what's been going on in your life, and your goals for therapy. This helps your therapist understand you better and figure out the best way to help. Think of it as a friendly and helpful conversation to get started on your path to feeling better!

Therapy doesn't have a set time limit. It's different for everyone. Some people find they feel better after just a few months, while others may continue for longer. It depends on your goals and how you're feeling. You and your therapist will work together to figure out what's best for you.

The length of each therapy session and how often you should attend can vary. Typically, sessions are 55 minutes long, and how often you go depends on your needs. In the beginning, you might meet weekly, but as you progress, it could be less frequent. You and your therapist will decide what works best for you together.

Our therapy team is diverse and includes seasoned therapists with extensive experience, early career therapists who are enthusiastic and well-trained, and dedicated interns. All our therapists undergo rigorous hands-on training and receive clinical supervision from fully licensed therapists. This ensures that no matter who you work with, you're receiving care from professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality support and guidance.
