Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Do I Need to Attend All 8 Groups?
Ideally, yes. Please arrange your schedule to attend all 8 group sessions. When group members do not attend, it negatively impacts group cohesion, and lowers the value of the group. Missing more than two groups may result in you being removed from the remaining group sessions.
*We know that emergencies happen. Please contact your group leader ASAP if you will not be able to attend.
If you need less than 8 group hours toward licensure, contact Bethany to discuss your participation.
  2. Can I Pay Ahead for My Groups?
Yes! If paying ahead for the supervision group sessions is easier for you, or your workplace is paying for your supervision hours, a single payment can be made prior to the group starting date. A 10% discount will be offered for a single advanced payment of $180. No refunds will be offered for missed sessions if this option is chosen.
  3. Can I attend if I'm an LPCC?
No. This group is specifically tailored for early career social workers, and may or may not align with the focus of supervision for LPCCs.
  4. What is Bethany's Area of Expertise?
Bethany Raab has been a social worker since 2005, and a therapist since 2006. She has worked in a variety of settings, and is comfortable supervising social workers in a broad range of workplaces.
