Supervision That Matches the Depth of Your Commitment

A reflective, values-aligned approach to clinical supervision in Colorado & Montana

If you’re looking for clinical supervision in Colorado or Montana, you’re likely navigating more than just licensure requirements.

You’re holding complex client work.
You’re learning systems that don’t always make sense.
You may already be feeling the early signs of burnout, self-doubt, or misalignment with the field you worked hard to enter.

Supervision should help you make sense of that.
Not add to the confusion.

What You Can Expect From Supervision With Me

Supervision with me is structured, consistent, and relational. It is designed to support both your clinical development and your long-term sustainability in this work.

You can expect:

  • Regular, consistent meeting times
  • Clear expectations and follow-through
  • Space to ask questions between sessions when needed
  • Thoughtful feedback that is direct, respectful, and actionable
  • Support in navigating both clinical and systemic challenges
  • A focus on helping you build confidence, not dependence

This is not supervision that disappears when things get hard.
It is a space where the hard parts are expected and worked through together.

My Approach to Clinical Supervision

My approach is grounded in the belief that supervision should reflect the complexity of the work itself.

This means we do not ignore:

  • Power and identity in the clinical relationship
  • The impact of systems on both clinicians and clients
  • Burnout, overwhelm, and emotional fatigue
  • Ethical gray areas and real-world decision making

Supervision is not just about doing things “correctly.”
It is about learning how to think, respond, and practice with integrity in situations that are often not straightforward.

This is supervision that is aligned with your values and built for the real world of social work.

Who I Work Best With

I work best with social workers who are:

  • Working toward LCSW licensure in Colorado or Montana
  • Early in their clinical careers and wanting strong foundational support
  • Feeling under-supported, overwhelmed, or unsure in their current roles
  • Looking for supervision that goes beyond administrative oversight
  • Interested in developing both clinical skill and professional clarity

You do not need to have everything figured out to start.
You do need to be willing to engage, reflect, and grow.

Please note: While my supervision supports a wide range of clinical work, I do not offer specialized supervision for substance use or eating disorder treatment. If your practice is primarily focused in those areas, I encourage you to seek a supervisor with advanced training in those specialties.

What This Kind of Supervision Is Not

This is not supervision that is limited to:

  • Reviewing documentation for compliance
  • Signing off on hours with minimal engagement
  • Addressing issues only when something goes wrong

If you are looking for supervision that simply checks a box, there are many options available.

If you are looking for supervision that supports you in becoming a thoughtful, grounded, and sustainable clinician, you are in the right place.

Ways to Work Together

There are several ways to engage in clinical supervision through the Center for Ethical Social Work Practice:

Each option is designed to provide structured support while meeting different needs, schedules, and levels of experience.

A Final Note

Because staying true to your values should not come at the cost of your well-being.
Because good supervision should guide you, ground you, and grow your skills.

If you’re looking for supervision that helps you stay in this work with clarity and integrity, I’d be glad to connect.
