Winter Supervision Circle
 Leadership in the Quiet Season
Begin the new year grounded in reflection, courage, and connection.
A four-session circle for clinical supervisors who want to lead with integrity and care.
The Winter Supervision Circle is a reflective learning and community space for clinical supervisors who want to begin the new year anchored in integrity, clarity, and care.
Across four biweekly gatherings, you’ll explore what it means to lead with courage and compassion, all while staying connected to yourself and your values. Each session includes guided reflection, dialogue, and gentle structure to support the kind of supervision you want to practice in 2026.
This is not case consultation or ethical advisement. Instead, it’s a space to slow down, think deeply, and renew your relationship to supervision itself.
Whether you’ve been supervising for years or are just beginning, this circle offers a steady, relational container where you can reflect, connect, and restore.
Live sessions begin Monday, January 12, 2026.
Choose between the Live Circle (interactive and community-based) or the Self-Study Circle (independent, self-paced reflection).
Begin the year grounded. Lead with clarity. Supervise with care.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Winter Supervision Circle for?
This circle is designed for clinical supervisors (new or seasoned) who want to begin 2026 with more clarity, community, and confidence.
You do not need to have taken one of my supervision training courses to join. This space welcomes all supervisors who value reflection, integrity, and relational leadership.
Do I have to be a social worker to join?
No. While the content is grounded in social work values and ethics, supervisors from other mental health disciplines are very welcome. The focus on relational leadership, reflection, and sustainability applies across professional backgrounds.
Do I have to be in Colorado?
No. Participants from across the country are welcome!
Can I attend if I’m not yet fully licensed?
No. This circle is intended for fully licensed clinicians who are currently supervising others, or preparing to supervise within their professional role.
Can I receive CE credit for attending?
Yes and maybe.
- Colorado participants can receive 4 hours of CE credit under Consultation or Independent Study.
 - Participants outside Colorado will receive a Certificate of Attendance for 4 hours, which you may submit to your licensing board or employer as documentation for self-study or continuing education, as allowed in your state.

Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Each live session will be recorded and emailed to participants of the live circle after the gathering, along with any reflection prompts or resources shared. Recordings are for your personal use and may not be shared publicly.
Self-study participants will not receive access to the session recordings.
How long will I have access to the materials and recordings?
Access to the Winter Supervision Circle materials is not lifetime. Both the live circle and self-study participants will have full access to the program portal and all recordings for 45 days after our final live session (through April 10, 2026).
This circle is designed as a contained reflective experience, much like supervision itself. It is designed with a clear beginning, middle, and end.
You’ll be reminded to download and save the Reflection Guide, notes, and session recordings before access ends.
What if I can’t attend live?
If you know you’ll miss a session, you can still stay connected by:
-
Watching the session recording
 -
Using the Peer Connection Thread to engage between meetings
 -
Completing the reflection exercises in the Winter Guide

If you prefer full flexibility, consider the Self-Study Circle option, which offers a self-paced version of the same materials.
Can I bring client cases for consultation or ethical review?
No. This is a reflective, educational, and supportive space, not a forum for case consultation or ethical advisement. If you need specific clinical or ethical consultation, please reach out to schedule a separate consultation session. Bethany is not able to give legal advice or medical advice in any setting.
What’s your refund policy?
Because this circle is a deeply reflective and small-group experience, your registration is a commitment to yourself and the group. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance.
What’s the difference between the Live Circle and the Self-Study Circle?
-
The Live Circle includes four real-time group sessions, a peer connection thread, and interactive reflection.
 -
The Self-Study Circle is self-paced, includes the same reflection materials, and provides a Certificate of Completion for 4 hours of self-study.

Both begin January 12, 2026, and invite you to start the year with reflection, not resolution.
