Thank you for choosing the Self-Study Circle, a reflective, self-paced version of the Winter Supervision Circle: Leadership in the Quiet Season.
This independent format is designed for supervisors who want a quiet, flexible way to engage with structured reflection on their own time. You’ll move through the same four seasonal themes — Reflection, Courage, Connection, and Intention — using the Winter Reflection Guide as your anchor.
