Winter Supervision Circle: Self-Study Edition

Thank you for choosing the Self-Study Circle, a reflective, self-paced version of the Winter Supervision Circle: Leadership in the Quiet Season.

This independent format is designed for supervisors who want a quiet, flexible way to engage with structured reflection on their own time. You’ll move through the same four seasonal themes — Reflection, Courage, Connection, and Intention — using the Winter Reflection Guide as your anchor.

What’s Included

  • Full Winter Reflection Guide with CARE-aligned prompts

  • Optional self-paced reflection structure for each of the four themes

  • Suggested journaling and integration exercises

  • Access to the Kajabi portal and materials through April 10, 2026

  • Certificate of Completion for 4 hours of self-study (may qualify as independent study in some states)

Please note:

  • This is a self-paced reflective learning experience and does not include live sessions, community access, or session recordings.

  • All registrations are final; no refunds are available.

  • CE credit is available only for Live Circle participants in Colorado.

  • You’ll have portal access through April 10, 2026. Please download your materials before that date.

What Happens Next

After checkout, you’ll receive:

  1. A confirmation email with your login to the CESWP Training Portal

  2. Access to your Reflection Guide and self-study materials opens 1/5/2026

  3. A Certificate of Completion after you finish your reflections
